Mr D. J. Wesney, of Invercargill, is on a short visit to Dunedin. Captain M‘Donald, of the steamer Hinemoa. has advised the Collector of Customs that General Sellheim, Administrator of Norfolk Island, passed away there this morning from heart failure.
