IMPERIAL CONFERENCE
MB AMBRY’S VIEWS. BCTr Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, January 23. (Received January 24, at 1 p.m.) In the course of an interview here, Mr L. S. Amery said he saw no difficulty in holding an Imperial Conference anywhere in the Empire. Ho favored a conference every three years. He added that an election seemed probable in Britain this year, and in South Africa and Australia next year. It was difficult, therefore, to see how a conference would be possible in 1929. The jprobable date was 1932.
