WELLINGTON REGATTA
The Wellington yachting regatta was held yesterday in ideal weather. ■ Wellesley" 11., the Wellington Sanders Cup representative, won the general handicap race from the scratch mark. All Black (scr) was second, losec later. Ailsa (Smin) won the first-class yachts handicap. The 19ft class race was won by Tui (Smin), with Coolc (scr) second. The Jellicoe class was won by Wellesley I. (30seu), which beat Welcsley IL. (scr) by 2sec. The iace for 'clinches was won by Karetu (4min). The race for keel yachts was won by Ailsa (scr), which bent M a rang! (scr) i.v Usee. The Takapuna class race was von bv Wairuna.
