PRINCESS THEATRE
That clever band of artists, the Fullers’ Follies, aye still serving up bright and delightful entertainment at the Princess Theatre. ‘Miss U.S.A.’ is the title of the revusical comedy, which comprises the second half of the bill, and features the young comedian Stud Foley in one of his best roles to date. Although the plot is a slender one, entertainment of the most refreshing kind is presented, and the musical and dance numbers are of a particularly high stadard. The first part of the evening is devotcd_ entirely to vaudeville skits by the various artists, whose turns are of the most enjoyable kind. Flora M‘Donald_ and Dalton Payne, the Scotch entertainers, are also responsible for a highly-amus-ing act. The whole show, which is staged and produced by Mr Erie Masters, will bo finally presented this evenlllg‘ THE NEW BILL. To-morrow afternoon Fullers’ Follies will present an entirely new show entitled ‘Tonics.’ This show created quite a furore in Wellington a few weeks ago, and is described as a most exhilarating admixture of jingling melodies, rapid movements, and clever diversions. Ail the popular company have fine parts. There are some exceptionally clever sketches, among which are the ‘ Peacemaker,’ in which Stud Foley will be seen at his best; ‘ The Ne’er Do Well,’ a very fine sketch that has been running to big success in the leading London music halls; ‘The Caretaker,’ ‘Three Doors and a Passage,’ and ‘The Coster’s Wooing.’ There are twenty-six items in all. Ip addition Foley and Iris will be seen in another ot their clever vaudeville turns, and M'Donald and Payne, who are such popular favorites, in a new routine or Scottish mixtures. The whole show should prove a most popular one.
