LONDON WOOL SALES. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., advise having received the following cablegram from their head office, dated the 11th inst.; —The list of arrivals will close on the 12th inst. The total Quantity available is 108,500 bales. Quantity available Australian, 58,000 bales; New Zealand, 20,000 bales; South American, 3,000 bales; Cape, 3,000 bales; carry forward, 14.000 bales; additional second-band wool, 10,500 bales. TALLOW. . At the London tallow sales 815 casks were offered and 80 per cent. (652) sold. Prices are 6d per cwt higher. Quotations are as follow: —Fine mutton, 435; fine beef, 425; mixed good, 39s 6cl; inferior, 36s Sd.
