DU NET) IX STOCK EXCHANGE. There has-not been much life so to on the local Stock Exchange, but a few more stocks were quoted to-day than yesterday. Also there were two reported sales, Broken Hill Souths changing hands at £2 5* and National Bank of Australasias at £l7 la. A seller came on the market for the righto to the P. and 0. Deferred Stock at £4j (premium) without a buyer. Westport Coalj had a seller at £1 12s 3d, hut the nearest buyer quoted £1 11s 6d. Dalgetys wore jjjqmxed for at £l3 2s, with a seller at £IS ss. Sellers are row asking £3 10s 9d for New Zealand Drugs; the best buyer, however, is quoting £3 7s 3d. For Upper Nevis' shares buyers are offering £1 2s 3d, hut sellers arc holding of! at £1 & 9d.
