A Press ■Association telegram from Wellington says that Bernard Wheeler, wireless operator on board the Norfolk, was yesterday fined £25 for failing to make -known to the Customs officer that he had several wireless sets in his possession. The Inspector of Customs said the offence -was regarded as serious, and was brought by the department for the sake of giving publicity.
