THE PUNITIVE EXPEDITION OUTLAWS ARRESTED, Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, November 24. Wireless advices from Tulagai state that Bassiana and his right-hand men, Peter and Moses, who aro alleged to be Mr Lillie’s assailants, and 33 others, including four females, were captured at Sinarango. Thirty-six have arrived at Tulagai, including Bassiana, and have been lodged in gaol. Nola is still at liberty, but his arrest is expected at any time.
