HEW ELECTION SCHEME ONE VAST CONSTITUENCY. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ROME, November 12. The Fascist Grand Council lias approved of a scheme whereby Italy will become one vast constituency for tho purpose of electing a new_ form of Chamber of Deputies of 400 instead oi oCO members. One national list of approved candidates will be submitted to the electors, who arc limited to those useful to the State. ADDITION TO NATIONAL FLAG. THE FASCIST EMBLEM INCLUDED ROME, November 13. (Received November 14 at 1.30 a.m.) By Signor Mussolini’s order and the King’s consent, the national flag henceforth will contain the Fascist emblem alongside the Royal coat of arms.
