REDCASTLE CARNIVAL
To-night is the wind-up of Kedcastle Carnival in His Majesty’s Theatre. The committee is sparing no efforts to make the closing worthy of the great carnival. It will be the last performance of the immensely popular playlet ‘The,Queen of Hearts,’ by the pupils of the Otago School of Dancing, Immediately following this will bo a grand cabaret scene, and streamers, balloons, and mementoes, etc., will be thrown amongst the audience. Miss Lilian M'Donald has arranged a programme after the interval. Elaborate arrangements are being made for the dance, which will start at 10 o’clock and continue till midnight. Holders of art union tickets are requested to make thojr returns as early as possible to facilitate the drawing, which is scheduled for November 23.
