(Received October 27, at 1.30 a.m.) The ‘ Daily Mail’s ’ correspondent at Casablanca reports that the captured Steeg party are held prisoners in chains pending negotiations lor ransom. Steeg), the nephew’s wife, M. Steeg’s stepson, and the latter’s wife. They will probably be held for ransom. M. Steeg himself is at present en route to Morocco.]
