Signor Grassi, a Turin millionaire, has been deported to a Sicilian island, owing to Ids refusal to accept a reduction in his rents. Several property owners have been arrested at Perugia on the same grounds. A Fascist house owner named Bergamo was expelled from the party because “he did not comprehend the obligations of the present critical era.” Thousands of tenants are demanding reductions in their rents, and are clamoring in the Rent Arbitration Courts throughout Italy,
