THE AUSTRALIAN ACT FIRST PAYMENT ON SEPTEMBER 1. Tresß Association—By ’.telegraph—Copyright' SYDNEY, July 22. The Executive Council, at a special meeting, gazetted the Family Endowment Act, which will operate from tomorrow. The allowances will be payable and the tax on employers will bo collected ns from to-morrow. The first payment under the Endowment Act will be made on September 1.
