ACTING-PRIME MINISTER MR BALDWIN’S CANADIAN VISIT. Press Association— By Telegraph— Copyright. LONDON, July 21. It is officially announced that Sir Austen Chamberlain will bo Acting Prime Minister during Mr Baldwin’s absence.
Cabinet met twice to-day, clearing up business before tho departure of Mr Baldwin for Canada on Saturday. Tho position at Geneva will bo thrashed out at a further meeting to-day, following the arrival of Mr Briclgeman and Lord Cecil last inght.
