Bor years and years, indicts a United States senator, the senatorial election in the State of Philadelphia has been a farce. In one particular division they had 380 registered voters. This was checked up, and 235 were found false. Men and women who never lived there, some dead for ten years, and fevcral names of dogs and cats were on the books.
