VISITS TO THE DOMINIONS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 13. (Received April 14, at 10.10 a.m.) Mr Amery and Lord Eustace Percy (President of the Board of Education) are establishing a permanent committee, on which English schools are strongly represented, for the purpose of continuing the work of organising schoolboy tours of the dominions. The chairman is Mr Randall (head master of Winchester), The mcmbgts include Mr Norwood (head master of Harrow), Mr A. C. Parkinson (of the Dominions Office), and Mr J. R. MacLeod (Oversea Settlement Department). The High Commissioners of the dominions are invited to nominate an additional temporary member.
