OBITUARY
MR ALLAN STONEHAM. Preau Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, April 13. (Received April 14, at 10.10 a.m.) The death is announced of Mr Allen Stoneham, the introducer of electric railways into Victoria and Western Australia. He founded the French resort of Le Touquet, from which he amassed a His property included Etaples, which he lent as the Australian base in wartime.—‘ Argus ’ and Sydney 1 Sun ’ Cable.
