PRESENTATION OF FLAGS SIR JAMES PARR PERFORMS CEREMONY. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, March 29. (Received March 30, at 9.35 a.m.) Sir James Parr attended tho parish church at Eltham for the purpose of presenting tho New Zealand flags to the memorial chapel to the 20th Division, which Air Coates was unable to carry out as Mr Bruce did with the Australian flags while the was attending tho Imperial Conference.
Sir James Parr read the lessons and gave tho address, in which he'paid tribute to the gallantry and heroism of the 29th Division in association with the New Zealanders at Gallipoli.
