THE FRUIT MARKET. LONDON, March 25. Eleven hundred packages of West Australian pears ex the Naldcra were auctioned at Covont Garden. Almost all of them were rotten, tho packages oozing pulp Costermongers were the only purchasers. Trays of Bartletts fetched 4d and 13d and half-cases 7d and 2s. Glout, Morceau, and Howells were in better condition. Half-cases brought 7s and 7s 3d. Grapes carried well. Three-quarter cases of Blackworthy made 20s, Red Prince 17s, Groscolar 225, Flame Tokay 17s, Waltham Cross 16s. Half-cases of Red Prince fetched 14s 6d; Wortley Hills, ICs 6d, 17s. LONDON WHEAT MARKET. LONDON, March 25. Wheat cargoes are steady, the consumptive demand being from hand to month. Parcels are in great demand, and are nominally unchanged.
