SECOND VICTIM DEAD BROTHER STILL CRITICALLY ILL [Pee United Press Association.] PALMERSTON™, November 18. The death occurred at the hospital to-day of Rita Sloman, one of the victims of the Levin tragedy of a fortnight ago. The condition of Russell Sloman,Tier brother, is still critical and unimproved.
