PRIVY COUNCIL APPEAL. A NOVA SCOTIAN CASE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright HALIFAX, November 16. (Received November 17, at 11.10 a.m.) The Supreme Court of Nova Scotia on Tuesday granted special leave to the Provincial Government to appeal to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in a matter involving the future existence of tho bi-cameral system of government.
