MUSSOLINI'S ASSURANCE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, November 16. (Received November 17, at 9.35 a.m.) Signor Mussolini, writing in the ‘Matin/ declared that the recent antiFrench demonstrations were scandalous and intolerable. He said that the guilty Fascists would be expelled, also the agents’ provocateurs. He added: “ I have not only taken the severest steps, hut 1 have issued strict orders. It must ot happen again. I never contemplated a European policy without close FrancoTtalian co-operation.”
