SUPPLIES FOB FOUNDRIES EXPORTS BEING CONTROLLED. Press Assooiatioa—By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, October 20. (Received October 21, at 9.45 a.m.) The Government is taking immediate action to supply coal to the Trignao foundries. 1 Le Journal ’ states that the export of French coal is being strictly controlled, only bunker coal and foreign coal being shipi'ed from Boulogne. [A previous message stated: The ‘ Petit Parisian ’ says : “ Owing to the British coal strike the foundries at Trignac lately have been using coal from Essen. The German Government lias ordered Essen not to supply more to Trignac, and the management has informed the French Government that unites it obtrfiis coal immediately it must dismiss 1,000 workmen.]
