May 1 crave just sufficient space to advise Mr Robiesou that 1 shall bo pleased to see him at a public meeting of members of tho Otago Motor Club, to bo open to tho Press, in order to allow him an opportunity to disprove my statements 1 would ask him to disprove—(l) That the expression a reserve of premium income or came out of his own mouth and was published in tho Southland ‘ Daily News ’ from a report of his meeting supplied by himself or his_ co-partnei, or supplied by them both in collaboration; (2) that, with the single exception of marine risk in crossing Cook Straits, which is not a road'risk and does not apply to more than 10 per cent, of insuring members, /his motor car comprehensive insurance proposal form table of rates and conditions is, to all intents and purposes, a copy of tariff companies; (3) that his contention that tho risk of members in an unlimited liability public insurance association is no greater than that incurred by shareholders of any ordinary limited liability company, is manifestly absurd. “Interested” accepts Mr Rohieson’s challenge to disclose his identity—l am, etc., Edwaud Bingham, Nasohy.
