Acting under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Messrs Alex- Harris and Co. report having sold by auction yesterday section 12, block 52, St. Hilda, fronting De Carle and Dalgety streets (area 18.36 poles), for £2GS, to a client after brisk competition. Messrs Murray, Roberts, and Co., Ltd., to-day received the following cable from London, dated 9th instant; —“Sheepskins: Combing, unchanged-, clothing, irregular, and par to 5 polecat. decline.” SALES ON ’CHANGE: THIS DAY.
