Tho Prussian Government has decided to hold a disciplinary inquiry into tho conduct of Judge Kelling in connection with tho Helling murder.—A. and N.Z. Cable. [Rudolf Hans, the German industrialist, was recently arrested on a charge of instigating tho murder of Herman Helling in order to prevent him from disclosing income tax frauds. Schroedcr, an employee of Haas, confessed to the crime, whereupon the latter was released. Judge Kelling, tho police magistrate, was so generous to Schroedcr'and so hostile to Haas that he was superseded by the Prussian Ministry of Justice.]
