THE NEW BUILDING. OCCUPATION DELAYED. Proas Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, August 11. (Received August 12, at 10.25 a.m.) The High Commissioner (Sir James Parr) announces that the negotiations with the tenants on the ground floor of tho New Zealand building, recently purchased in the Strand, were unsuccessful, and that the occupation of tho building is likely to be delayed for four years, until the lease expires. In the meantime tho other rooms must be let on short leases. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
