The meeting of All Nations Lodge was held at Port Chalmers on Tuesday, being presided over by A.D. Pro. I M’Kenzie. Correspondence was received from the R.A. Chapter, and it was decided to-deal with the same next lodge night. D.P. Bro. M'Farlane paid an ojJicial visit, and publicly installed the o dicers for the ensuing term, assisted by P.D.P. Bro. Reeves. D.R. also presented a R.A. collar to R.A. Bro. Wards for his services during his term of office. After the ceremony dancing was indulged in until midnight. The meeting of the Royal Oak Lodge was held in the lodge room, Caversham, A.D. Bro. Dickinson presiding. D.P. Bro. Harvey was present officially. The officers and members of Good Intent Lodge paid an official visit. Other visitors present were R.D.P. Bro. Rnstou and R.A. Bro. Bartlett (Bay Lodge) and A.D. Bro. Cursey (Luterpnce Lodge). One candidate was duly •nitiate.L The balance-sheet and auditor’s report for the half-year were presented. and were adopted. /The installation of officers was carried out by D P Bro. Harvey, ably assisted by i P.D.P. Bro. Ruston. The usual toasts | being honored, the lodge adjourned loi the purpose of playing Good Intent Lodge for the euchre shield. Good Intent were successful in defeating Royal Oak hv a largo margin. A.D. Bro. Dane (Royal Oak) presented the shield to the winners. . A.D. Bro. Thompson (Good Intent) returned thanks, and also thanked the Royal Oak Lodge tor the very enjoyable evening. The half-yearly installation meeting of Lily of the Valley Lodge took place in the hall, North-east \ alley. A.D. Bro. Winter presided over a large attendance. Official visits were received from D.P.s Bros. M'Farlane and Harvey, Nos. 1 and 2 Districts, also the officers of Linden Lodge, 1 .D.l . Bio. Supper was handed round. Olive Branch Juvenile Lodge held its meeting in the hall, A.D. Bro. D. Thompson presiding over a bur attendance. The following members ot the committee were present Amp. P.D.P. Bro. Faulds, P.A..8r0. Watson, Sec. P.A. Bro. A. Smith, 1 .A. Bro. Winter and P.O.P. Bro. L. ReaL Bro. Smith offered a silver watch to the one obtaining the most number or candidates, and Bro. Reid will nresem a silver medal at next meeting for shooting.
