ARRIVED.—Juno 12. Breeze, k.s. (3.20 a.m.), 542 tons, Sheppard, from Wanganui via ports. The Oroti came up from Port Chalmers this morning to load for Invercargill. The vessel lias been in doclc undergoing overhaul. The Breeze will sad to-night tor Timarn, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. Tho Kurow wits to leave Wellington to-day for Lyttelton and Dunedin. Bho is duo on Tuesday, and will sail on Wednesday for Auckland via ports. The Waipahi will he docked at Port Chalmers on Monday morning. The Kahika was due late this al tornoon from Lyttelton. The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that the Hertford, on completion of discharge at Dunedin, will load for New York, Boston, London, and West Coast ports of Great Britain. The vessdl will load at Bluff,'Timaru, L\tte-lton, Wanganui, roadstead, Wellington, Gisborne, and Auckland. Elm is to sail finally from Auckland on August 3. RECIPROCAL RADIO RELATION'S. Convinced that the elimination of ship radio signals within the broadcasting bands will constitute a great boon to radio fans in America, the U.S.A. Commerce Department lias signified its willingness to enter into reciprocal relations with British and Canadian authorities to prohibit the vessels of the countries named from using wave lengths of 300 to 4m> metres when within 250 miles of _ tho United States, Canada, and ihc British Isles. Ever since the development of radio broadcasting on an important scale, the Commerce Department has been deluged with complaints from owners of radio sets relative to tho great interference encountered Irom shin signals. Instructions are being sent hy tho Commerce Department to United States supervisors of radio and others interested, asking that all operators of. United States vessels ho advised to discontinue the use ot the wave lengths named when within the specified dm-t-anco of the coasts of Canada, British Isles, and the United Stales. WAIKOUAITI FROM SYDNEY. The Union Company advises that, the Waikouaiti will leave Sydney on Tuesday for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton, and Wellington.
