A letter was rend from Lord Oxford saying that nothing had happened to alter the view ho had recently expressed criti nUg Mr Lloyd George’s attitude dun the strike. A motion that the Liberal members of the House of Commons deprecated tho publicity given to the leaders’ differences, and hoped for the restoration of unity, was carried by 20 votes to 10, after an amendment to delete the first part bad been rejected by 20 votes to 12.
