In the Supreme Court Air Justice Stringer gave judgment in an action by the Public Trustee in a deceased estate against the AVaihi Gold Alining Company, claiming damages on account of tbe death of William Henry Angell. who was killed by the accidental Fall of a beam From the roof of the smithy, in which he was accustomed to work.
