(Received March 13, at 9.5 a.m.) At a meeting of the committee of the Queen Victoria Consumptive Hospital Dr Sinclair, of Sydney reported on an interview that lie had had with M. Spahlingor at Geneva. He declared that M. Spahlinger had produced a serum which gave great hope for the future. He said ho believed that he had produced , something good it the medical world could only get hold of it' -but, unfortunately, M. Spahlinger was a most difficult man to deal with when it came to business. Dr Sinclair said M. Spahlinger showed him thirty nr forty cases, some being still under treatment. Ire saw several serious cases which had absolutely convinced him that there was a strong case to answer. , In reply to a query, Dr Sinclair declared that ho had seen absolute cures.
