CAPETOWN, February 14The' Government has appointed a Commission of three Nationalists, three members of the _South African Party, and t' vo Laboritos to decide upon a design for a national flag. The commission will bo assisted by a small committee of heraldic exports. Three thousand designs have been submitted—A. and N.Z. Cable.
