PROPERTY SALE
Messrs E. L. Macas.sey and Co. offered by auction at their rooms yesterday two properties. The first lot offered was on Higbcliff road, Anderson’s Bay, consisting of lour-rooraed house and a-acre section, which was passed in at £275. The second lot offered was a five-roomed semi-bungalow house and section, situated at tho corner of Jackson and Moreau streets, St. Kildn, which was sold to Mrs Fcarn for £BIO.
