fNTERNATIOXAL CONFERENCE’S APPROVAL. Press Association— By Telegraph—Copyright. GENEVA, October 2. At, the closing meeting of the International Conference the maritime law was unanimously approved. The Gothenburg draft convention was amended by suggestions submitted by the Imperial Economic Conference, providing that when the State, employs vessels owned or assigned by it for commercial purposes they must submit/ to common law obligations and jurisdiction.—Reuter.
