Mr Charles Green Rodes and fiftyone of lii.s relatives arrived here by special train to-day under picturesque circumstances. Mr Rodes, who resided in Florida and who made 5,000,000d0l in recent wild speculation, spent thousands of dollars in telegrams summoning all his known relatives, who then started on a month’s trip in a special train to “swing around America.” Mr Rodes pays all the bills and spends lavishly. Ha charters a fleet of taxis in each city, so that the clan will miss nothing in‘the way of sightseeing.
