STRIKE IN BRADFORD 50,000 MEN OUT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, July 24. Fifty thousand wool textile workers have struck in Bradford against the reduction of 5 per cent, in their wages. The strikers are ignoring their leaders’ instructions to alloiv firms where wages were not reduced to continue working. They rushed the mill gates, and forced the operatives to cease work. The police frustrated several attempts, hinnes were thrown, windows smashed, apd two of the police were slightly injured.—Reuter.
