A THUNDERBOLT
HEAVY STORM IN GISBORNE DISTRICT (Pee United Peebs Association.) GISBORNE, July 25. During a storm at To Araroa this week a terrific thunderbolt fell some miles inland, tearing out a tree and narrowly missing a house nearby. Five inches of rain has fallen each day since Tuesday. Hick’s Bay also reports a heavy storm. The weather is now aba tin".
