PREPARING TO ATTACK CANTON SVVATOW UNSETTLED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. HONGKONG, Julv 22. General Chang Kwing-ming has arrived at Shekluug with the object of attacking Canton. The Hunanese and Kwangsi commanders are forming an anti-Communist league with a similar object.
