(Received June 30, at 9.45 a.m.) A message from Los Angelos states that sixty-fivo people are known to have been killed in the South Californian earthquake, which had its centre at Santa Barbara. It is believed that at least 100 perished and that several hundreds' wore injured. Some of the finest buildings in Santa Barbara wore demolished, and the railway lines were disrupted, while communications were cut oft’., Firo has broken out and a da m burst, causing torrents of water to flood the city.
