DISQUALIFIED FOR THREE YEARS. Arising from inquiries by the Judicial Committee in connection with the nominating of the black gelding Sweet Prince, by Sweet Patch—Princess Ena, as Takapo, by Brooklyn—Nancy, for two events at the Taranaki Trotting Club’s Meeting on April 18, 1925, and also for wilfully making a number of false statements when giving evidence before the committee, it was resolved unanimously that: (1) Harry Daniel (of Waverley) bo disqualified for throe years; (2) that the black gelding Sweet Prince, entered as Takapo, bo disqualified for three years.
