PRISONERS SENTENCED
[Per United Press Association.] GISBORNE, December 6. In the Supreme Court the following sentences were passed:—Una Cornelia Seal, false declaration of age in connection with marriage certificate, to come up for sentence if called upon; Clarence Twofield Waight, bigamy at Auckland, to come up for sentence if called upon; Basil Goodson Breeze, aged nineteen, theft (two charges), three yeans in Borstal Institute; Niui Tuatun, indecent assault, three years in gaol and two years’ reformative detention; George Delvin Byford, receiving stolen property (two charges), two years on each charge, the terms to be cumulative.
