[A message from London dated November 20 stated; Major-general Sir William Brancker, Diiector of Civil Aviation, left by air for Paris on route _to India, whore ho will discuss the question of an air line between India and Burma ; also tho establishment of an airship service between Britain and India. Sir William Brancker will be the first to fly from Britain in a civil machine across Turkey to Constantinople, Angora, and Aleppo. Sir William Brancker will discuss with the Turkish authorities the establishment of a permanent airway to India by that route instead of via Egypt.]
