LONDON, August 16. “If they like to malm fools of themselves that docs not compel ns to follow suit,’’ was one of the HonnnionAgentsGenoral’s comments on the Anglo-Soviet Treaty. A Foreign Office official points out that the treaty convemod only Britain. _lf any of tho dominions wished to join in, the Government would willingly welcome them. As tho matter now stood Britain had done tho hard work and paved the way, and if the dominions desired they could reap the benefit either by separate formal agreements with Russia or by concurrence with tho British treaty.—Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
