Professor John MacNcill (Minister of Education) is the Free State Commissioner on the boundary question. In tho House of Commons, Mr J. H. Thomas (Colonial Secretary) announced that, following on the appointment of a Free State representative on the Irish Boundary Commission, His Majesty’s Government had requested the.
