Tho secretary of the Dunedin Stock Exchange has received the following .cablegram, dated January 15, from the Elecc.roly'tic Zinc Company:—“Dividend deolfi.red to-day at the rate of 9 per cent, per annum for the half-year ended December 31 last, payable on March 5, on the issue of preference shares made in 1920, also on Vhe preference shares allotted prior to December 51 last under option ,eertificn.tß rights on amounts paid up on such shares from respective dates. Payment also on ordinary shares, excepting deferred ordinary shares. Dividend payable to shareholders on February 6. SALES ON ’CHANGE: THIS DAY.
