Elsie Payne, thirteen, of Cardiff, was sent on an errand during tho afternoon. She later staggered into her aunt’s shop with her throat cut, exclaiming: “Oh, aunt.” She could only explain that a man asked her the way to Clifton street, She collapsed, and died in the hospital.
