DIPHTHERIA FROM CAT
A CHILD INFECTED.
LONDON, September 17.
A Surrey doctor claims to have definitely established that a child patient contracted diphtheria, from a cat, which the child had been nursiim. A swab of tho animal’s throat was taken, and tho bacteriological examination disclosed tho germs.
