RUSSIAN WHEAT FOR GERMANY.
BERLIN, July 22. (Received July 23, at 12.25 p.m.) It is announced that the Government’s Grain Bureau has concluded an agreement with the commercial representatives of tho Soviet Government, by which Russia will supply Germany with 20,000,000 poods of grain, to bo delivered before November 30. It is provided that Russia shall utilise portion of the proceeds of the sale in purchasing German'industrial products.—Reuter. / ■—
