PRINCE’S POLO PONIES.
LONDON, July 22. (Received July 23, at 12.25 p.m.) The Prince of Wales, recognising the necessity for long preparation, has, in reply to the Hurlingham Polo Committee’s appeal for polo ponies for the 1923 test matches against America, offered his whole stud without reserve or condition. He suggests that they should bo put into tho common stock and bo entirely at the disposal of tho Hurlingham Committee.— A, and N.Z. Cable.
